Designed in collaboration with creative visionary Pharrell Williams, Over The Moon combines the imaginative power of LEGO® creation with the infinite potential of space to provide inspiration for everyone everywhere. The set features a space shuttle with a striking golden canopy and a kaleidoscopic jet stream of colors, symbolizing the boundless possibilities of imagination. Pharrell credits his early fascination with space as the spark that ignited his own creative journey. The shuttle’s black-and-gold design reflects the notion of limitless potential, while its vibrant jet stream symbolizes how imagination fuels creativity and play. In a nod to inclusivity, Pharrell ensured Over the Moon includes LEGO’s widest array of skin tones ever, with seven different shades featured in the set’s minifigures. In total, 51 minifigure heads are included, with over 30 designed specifically for this collaboration.
To further enhance the build, Pharrell and LEGO have introduced several brand-new elements, such as a stunning gold windscreen canopy—crafted in drum-lacquered gold for the first time.
Pharrell’s collaboration with LEGO also extends to his non-profit organization, YELLOW, which focuses on education and leveling the playing field for future generations. This partnership will launch a new global challenge, LEGO Build the Change, giving more children worldwide the opportunity to engage in creative play.
