COS Autumn Winter 2026: Modernism Meets 1920s Decadence

by Iris

COS returned to New York Fashion Week with its Autumn Winter 2026 collection, marking its fifth consecutive runway show in the city. Blending precision tailoring, tactile fabrics and subtle references to 1920s glamour, the collection brings a modern, understated sophistication to timeless wardrobe staples.

Presented at the iconic WSA building in New York’s Financial District, the 47-look collection unfolds in cool greys, black and navy, warmed by soft browns and light neutrals. Rich purple accents add an unexpected touch of vibrancy, while double-faced cashmere, leather, herringbone and delicate embroidery bring depth and texture.

Womenswear focuses on effortless city dressing, with elongated coats, sculptural tailoring and fluid dresses featuring dropped waists and irregular hems. For menswear, relaxed proportions meet refined tailoring, from double-breasted outerwear and coordinated suits to signature shirting and half-zip knits. Tonal ties, Derby shoes and loafers complete the understated looks.

Balancing heritage influences with contemporary craftsmanship, COS Autumn Winter 2026 offers a refined wardrobe designed to feel modern, versatile and enduring. Selected pieces are available now at COS stores and cos.com, with limited drops continuing throughout the season.
