Blueberry Jam and Prosecco
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tbsp blueberry jam
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ ounces vodka
- 3 ounces Ruffino Prosecco
- 5 blueberries, to garnish
- Sprig of fresh thyme, to garnish
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the jam, lemon juice, and vodka with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with Ruffino prosecco and garnish with the blueberries and thyme.

St-Germain Hugo Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz St-Germain
- 1 oz Martini Prosecco
- 2 oz soda water
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Mint sprig for garnish
Directions:
- Add ice into a wine glass
- Pour in St-Germain and add approximately eight mint leaves
- Top with Martini Prosecco and soda water
- Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge

Ingredients:
- 2oz Tanqueray Gin
- ½ oz Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- Tonic Water
- 1-2 Cucumber Coins as desired
- Ice Cubes
Directions:
- Combine Gin, Balsamic and Lime Juice into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice into the cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a rock glass with ice.
- Garnish with cucumber coins and a lime wheel
