When it comes to Teaology’s new fragrance Passion Tea, you may want it all over.
The unisex scent, created with 98 per cent natural ingredients, combines the energizing freshness of tea leaves with warm, sensual undertones of vanilla, the elegance of sustainably grown patchouli essence, and a hint of pink peppers and crisp raspberry for a sophisticated effect.

This is the third forage into perfumery by the Italian skincare brand, which bases its entire product line on the beauty benefits of five types of organic tea infusions.
The founder, Cecilia Garofano, is a seasoned professional in the cosmetics industry in Europe and an avid tea lover. Over the years, she became increasingly interested in the plant’s health-enhancing and potentially beautifying properties.
Teaology Black Rose Tea All-over Eau de Toilette, 100ml | $65
It was not until a trip to Canada, where she discovered tea houses and the tea ceremony, that her idea was illuminated. Joined by husband Paolo, who also works in the cosmetics industry, they began to work with a team of chemists to develop a unique and patented cosmetic process—to replace water with a 100 per cent tea infusion.
This includes the antioxidant properties of the polyphenols, as well as the minerals, vitamins and amino acids naturally contained in different types of tea.
The creator of this new scent also hails from a storied background. Nathalie Lorson is the master perfumer of Firmenich, a privately-owned Swiss company that has been creating perfumes for more than 125 years.

In the past three decades, she has created many exceptional fragrances, such as Flora by Gucci, Le Labo Poivre 23 and Issey Miyake’s Fusion d’Issey. She has won numerous awards, including “Perfumer of the Year 2015” in France and Italy by the renowned Cosmétique Mag.
Passion Tea sold out in Europe prior to launching in Canada. Other scents available from the line are Black Rose Tea and Matcha Lemon.
