Christian Louboutin L’Exhibition[niste] Chapter II

The House of Christian Louboutin opens its doors for its latest large-scale exhibition, Christian Louboutin, L’Exhibition[niste] Chapter II, which is held at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco until August 28.

 

 

 

L’Exhibition[niste], Chapter II has been redesigned by its curator, Olivier Gabet, director of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, and offers the public a new perspective on the designer’s work while unveiling never-before-seen pieces related to the designer’s Monegasque inspirations, as well as exclusive collaborations by Christian Louboutin with artists and fashion designers, including an exceptional piece by designer Victoire de Castellane, artistic director of Dior Jewellery.

At the heart of the exhibition, the house brings together objects from Christian Louboutin’s personal collection and heritage, as well as artistic pieces borrowed from public and private collections. The exhibits explores various themes in the designer’s work, such as his love of dance, the legacy of Russian ballet, the pop influence of Warhol and his fascination with oceanography.
