Michael Kors is pleased to announce the launch of the newest Watch Hunger Stop 2020 product capsule. Now in its eighth successful year, Watch Hunger Stop (WHS) supports the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in their mission to achieve zero world hunger and provide much needed meals to children in food insecure areas.
Renowned for starring a long list of celebrity ambassadors including Kate Hudson, Halle Berry and Lupita Nyong’o, this year’s campaign instead focuses on Michael Kors employees from across all levels of the organization, individuals who volunteered to further support the cause by stepping in front of the camera.
This year’s special-edition WHS capsule, designed and produced with the aim of minimizing environmental impact, are a unisex white pocket tee and a blue denim tote, both with a red heart patch spelling out the word LOVE. Both t-shirt and tote will be available for purchase online and in select Michael Kors lifestyle stores around the world beginning October 1. For every LOVE t-shirt or tote sold, Michael Kors will donate all profits to children in need through the World Food Programme. Michael Kors will donate up to two million meals to WFP through 9/30/2021.
