Tropifrutti Panna Cotta

Ingredients (For 4 glasses of approx 200ml Panna Cotta each):

  • 4 sheets of gelatine
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 200ml whipped cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200g mascarpone
  • Fruit layer: 250ml cherry juice + 100g of Tropifrutti

Instruction:

  • Prepare the gelatine according to the packet instructions. Bring the coconut milk, whipped cream, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil and then remove the pan from the stove. Then slowly stir in the gelatine and mascarpone.
  • Pour the sugar into a baking dish and place the glasses in at a slightly oblique angle. Pour the cream into the glasses and leave them to cool for about 3 hours.
  • Dissolve HARIBO Tropifrutti with the cherry juice in a pot over a low heat and leave to cool until it’s lukewarm. Turn the glasses 180 degrees and pour in the jelly, let it chill again for about 2 hours.
  • Finally, garnish with Tropifrutti.
