For the first time, Harriet’s Rooftop at the 1 Hotel in Toronto opens this summer. This rooftop restaurant brings a fresh experience to Toronto with its robust beverage program and Japanese-inspired dining menu created by Executive Chef Derek Powers Jr.

Since opening in the Fall of 2021, Chef Derek Powers Jr. has added a number of new dining menu items, and the restaurant itself has undergone a design enhancement with a new retractable glass rooftop that will provide expansive views whether dining al fresco or indoors. The restaurant’s space still incorporates the reclaimed and sustainable materials found throughout 1 Hotel Toronto, creating an atmosphere that’s both lively and cozy and this atmosphere is enhanced by the gorgeous Toronto skyline view and poolside vibes.
