Levi’s® partnered with fashion label Kiko Kostadinov for a collaborative capsule encompassing both menswear and womenswear silhouettes. This Levi’s® x Kiko Kostadinov collection brings together Levi’s® iconic heritage with Kiko Kostadinov’s avant-garde designs, resulting in a collection that redefines modern fashion. Kiko Kostadinov, known for his distinctive approach to utilitarian fashion, has gained recognition for blending functionality with cutting-edge aesthetics. His work is characterized by unconventional silhouettes, technical fabrics, and intricate detailing, making this collaboration a truly unique fusion of classic denim and forward-thinking design.

Womenswear
Laura and Deanna Fanning’s approach for the Womenswear capsule collection whisks celebrated Levi’s® developments into the wardrobe for the Kiko Kostadinov woman. An interest in the three-piece denim suit and the cutting language of Levi’s® Engineered garments forms the foundation to the small albeit detail driven capsule. Materials are washed in umber tones and the brands’ fondness for fuzzy textures and stripes present themselves in small, paneled details and washed irregular prints that appear on askew Jersey Henley styles. The Jeans present themselves in a relaxed fit whilst the Denim Jacket appears as a dual mode – with its large, shaped sleeves and a darted waist cinching gilet overlay.

Levi’s® x Kiko Kostadinov Paneled Jacket, $805

Levi’s® x Kiko Kostadinov Paneled Jeans, $570

Levi’s® x Kiko Kostadinov Jersey Henley, $260
Menswear
Kiko Kostadinov reinterpreted Levi’s® Engineered Jeans™ archival features from the 1990s, evolving the original engineered twisted construction through the brand’s own conceptual approach. The highlight of this reinterpretation is a new knee and elbow darting construction that introduces diamond inserts inspired by traditional Bulgarian motifs. Used in both the Jacket and the Trousers, these design cues are also translated into eyelets applied inside the diamond panels, creating a conceptual visual language as well as functional ventilation for the garments. The mix of conceptual design and utilitarian functionality is in line with the ethos of the brand and becomes amplified even further with its first foray into denim.
