Icewine Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 2 cups 35% cream
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, halved and seeded
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup Inniskillin Cabernet Franc Icewine
Directions:
- Place a medium pot over medium low heat. Add cream, milk, sugar, scraped vanilla seeds and vanilla pod to the pot and heat until just simmering.
- whisk in chocolate.
- Continue to whisk until completely incorporated.
- Finish by adding Icewine.
Merry Berry Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- Top with Ginger Ale
- Garnish: Lime Wheel
Directions:
- Combine Tanqueray London Dry Gin, cranberry juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake to blend and chill.
- Strain and serve in a highball glass with ice. Top off with Ginger Ale to taste.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
