The program equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to lead in their communities and in public and civic life.

Through online self-paced learning, facilitated discussions, leadership exercises, and interactive dialogue with experienced leaders, participants explore topics such as identity, leadership skills, civic engagement, and pathways to public leadership in Canada, while developing their own leadership story and vision for civic impact.
