The second collaboration is with beloved British fashion brand, A-COLD-WALL* for another bold reinterpretation of the timeless 1461 silhouette. A union of utilitarian design philosophies, the latest collaboration reflects both brands’ working-class heritage. Specifically referencing Britain’s imposing post-war institutional and social housing structures, the reworked shoe takes on contemporary brutalist design codes and architectural thinking. A distinctly utilitarian release, the design begins with a commanding Smoke Bex sole, secured with tonal black welt stitching, robust smooth graphite leather and enveloping a practical zip closure system.
