This year, Torontonians don’t have to wait until May to experience the likes of our city’s beloved Cherry Blossoms. This March 24th to 26th from 7 p.m. to midnight, Chotto Matte will introduce its Cherry Blossom Festival, complete with pink floral décor, live entertainment and Sakura-inspired specials.

The unique Cherry Blossom Festival menu was created as a challenge between Chotto Matte’s entire Sushi Chef team in London, England to deliver the best skills. The Sakura-Dressed Sushi Selection, available as a menu item for lunch and dinner from March 21st to 27th, is a curated plate featuring the finest sushi creation from each Chef. Indulge in salmon with caramelized shallots, Kingfish with cherry salsa, scallop with Nori jam, sea bass with ponzu jelly, smoked O-Toro and foie gras, snow crab leg with tobiko caviar.
