Bayview Village Shopping Centre has completed a major interior transformation, unveiling a refreshed shopping environment that blends contemporary sophistication with the warmth and timeless elegance that have defined the Toronto destination for more than 60 years. Spanning over 70,000 square feet, the renovation marks the centre’s most significant makeover in decades, bringing a new sense of artistry, comfort and discovery to the shopping experience.

Led by internationally acclaimed designer Antonio Tadrissi, the redesigned interiors feature artisanal marble flooring in elegant chevron patterns, brass and copper accents, hand-trowelled Venetian plaster ceilings and custom seating. Enhanced lighting and thoughtfully integrated Ficus trees create a welcoming atmosphere, while striking artistic installations add a distinctive visual identity. Among the highlights are the dramatic “Big Bang” chandelier at Centre Court and the two-storey “Lady Flamingo” sculpture, which bring a sense of scale and artistic expression to the space.

The transformation honours Bayview Village’s heritage while embracing a more contemporary vision of luxury retail, creating an inviting destination where shopping, design and lifestyle come together. Home to more than 90 luxury retailers, restaurants, boutiques and wellness concepts, the centre continues to evolve its curated mix of offerings, with recent additions including HANK., Tilley, Pür & Simple, Kit & Ace and Level Up Hot Yoga. McEwan Fine Foods is also slated to open in 2027.

The completed renovation marks a significant milestone in QuadReal Property Group’s broader 22-acre redevelopment, which will introduce more than one million square feet of residential space, over 100,000 square feet of additional retail and a 40,000-square-foot public park. With construction underway on the North Village, the master plan will create a connected, design-focused community featuring new residences, open-air retail and inviting public spaces, further shaping Bayview Village into a destination for shopping, dining and everyday living.
