Summertime is all about embracing new experiences and exploring new destinations, and what could be more magical than a moment in the clouds, taking in the stunning lavender fields at Avalon Lavender Farm?
This Summer, enjoy Avalon’s Tethered Hot Air Balloon experience for a photo opportunity, available on two occasions this Summer. You can experience the farm from a whole new perspective on Sunday, June 30, or Sunday, August 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please note that the date/timing of the experience is subject to change based on the weather, but the farm has slated Monday, July 1, and Monday, August 5, as rain dates. This unique experience costs $88 per person or $250 for a private experience (up to 4 people), plus field access tickets are included with purchase.
High Tea In The Lavender Field With Piano Piano
Indulge your taste buds with a delightful selection of sweet and savoury dishes and drinks, from scones, cannoli, panna cotta and hot tea to smoked salmon and ossetra caviar, all curated and made by @pianopianotherestaurant. The experience comes with everything you need for the perfect outdoor high-tea picnic. Field access and access to the whole farm and animals is included. $99 For individual, the “Family” ticket ($297) is for two adults and up to three kids, or one adult and up to four kids. The “Day Bed” ticket ($499) is for up to four persons, and is the same price regardless of party size. It entitles you to use one of the Day Bed gazebos for your high tea.
Field Access from June 21 to August 16
Starting June 21 2024, Avalon Farm is open Thursday to Sunday, and on two special holiday Mondays, with 6 daily time slots to choose from. The ticket ($17) gives you access to the Avalon Lavender Farm field at the date and time listed. Walk the River Walk, explore the Heritage Barn Boutique, enjoy the rabbits, chickens, ducks, and horses, picnic at one of the many picturesque picnic spots, lounge in a day bed, or just soak in the serenity. If you are also interested in Cut-Your-Own Lavender: Please purchase your Field Access Ticket in advance. For an additional $10 at the door, you’ll be given Avalon scissors and a bundle bag to fill with your own freshly cut lavender.

Looking for a tranquil getaway close to the city? Come unwind in the serene fields of lavender. The unique geodesic dome is tucked into the rolling fields where you’ll feel surrounded by nature, starry skies and bird songs.
Balzac’s Bus To Avalon Lavender Farm
Avalon lavender farm has partnered with Balzac’s Coffee to help you get to the lavender fields this summer with a luxury bus service running every Saturday from Balzac’s Liberty Village to the Farm. Bus and field access for two is $62.
