Watermelon Cocktail
- 2 oz watermelon juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz Jackson-Triggs Proprietors’ Selection Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 ½ oz sparkling water
- Lemon twist
Directions:
- Pour watermelon juice, lemon juice and vodka into a highball.
- Fill with ice
- Pour in Jackson-Triggs Sauvignon Blanc
- Stir and top with sparkling water and a lemon twist

- 3 parts Ruffino Prosecco Rosé
- 1½ parts passionfruit iced tea
- ¾ parts honey syrup
- ¾ parts lemon juice
- Lemon wheel
Directions:
- Build in a highball glass with ice starting with Ruffino Prosecco Rosé first, then passionfruit iced tea.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Lemon Raspberry Mule

- 3 parts Bodacious Pinot Grigio
- 8 raspberries
- ¾ parts fresh lemon juice
- ¼ part simple syrup
- Ginger beer
- Lemon wheel
Directions:
- Add Bodacious Pinot Grigio to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and 6 muddled raspberries.
- Shake well and strain into a glass over ice, and then top off with a splash of ginger beer.
- Stir briefly and garnish with 2 remaining raspberries and a lemon wheel.

Ruby Red Sangria

- One 750ml bottle of Pinot Noir
- 500ml cranberry/pomegranate juice
- 250ml Ginger Ale
- Assorted sliced fruit
Directions:
- Pour in the wine and pomegranate juice, give the mixture a good stir to combine.
- Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for several hours for the flavors to come together.
- Before serving, top the sangria off with Ginger Ale and mix to combine.
- Spoon the fruits into glasses or goblets and pour in the sangria to fill.
