In support and celebration of Asian Heritage Month, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto and Yorkville’s Aburi Hana, known for its unprecedented Kyō-Kaiseki Japanese fine dining experience, have joined culinary forces for an exclusive Afternoon Tea experience. Only available Friday, May 28 through Sunday, May 30, 2021, this unique partnership marries modern French fare with elegant Japanese cuisine to create a stunning selection of offerings.

The special menu will feature a diverse variety of savoury light bites and delicate sweet treats dreamed up by Sous Chef Horacio Macias Leon, Pastry Sous Chef Kevin Levionnois, and Aburi Hana’s Executive Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa and Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi. Each offering is inspired by harmonising French and Japanese techniques and flavours.
