Cadillac Live is celebrating its second anniversary this month and has become a great Canadian success story in reimaging the shopping experience for not only automotive, but brands overall.

Since launching in March 2019 from a GTA film studio, Cadillac Live has proven to be a successful driver of sales and brand awareness for Cadillac in Canada. Cadillac had its best retail year in 2020, achieving a 12.2% increase in retail sales, being the top auto brand to do so in Canada.
Cadillac was ahead of the trend on developing Cadillac Live and research shows that digital shopping experiences are becoming more of the norm. Think with Google found in an Ipsos survey that 49% of Canadian online shoppers used a shopping app in their previous 2 days while shopping. A Google Consumer Survey found 66% of people viewed digital experiences and interactions as a good alternative to a dealer visit. According to RBC, Canadian household spending bounced back in February as virus-containment measures eased in much of the country. After dipping in December and January, overall card transactions were 2.7% above year-ago levels.
Cadillac Live was created as a time-saving tool ideal for those who don’t have space in their schedules for multiple dealership visits, and proved to be invaluable over the past year with the necessity for more virtual shopping experiences. Cadillac Live saw increased use in 2020 with 59.2K sessions and more than 1,300 test drives in Canada alone!
Cadillac Live allows you to take a one-on-one video tour of any Cadillac vehicle and have all your questions answered by a Live agent. Since launching in March 2019 at a 10,000-square foot Toronto film studio, Cadillac Live has shown a consumer need for the customized at-home shopping experience. The Toronto studio began accepting U.S. calls in September 2019, and is now operating seven days a week (Monday through Thursday 9am-1am, Friday 9am-11pm, and Saturday-Sunday 11am-7pm)
Shoppers can make one-way video calls with a Live agent at cadillac.live using any mobile or desktop device. The showroom features models like the all new 2021 Escalade, XT4, XT5, XT6, as well as next generation CT4 and CT5 sedans. After the Cadillac Live experience, consumers are connected with a local dealer who will drop-off a Cadillac vehicle at their home for a 48-hour test drive.
