Louis Vuitton unveiled its Spring–Summer 2026 Women’s Collection at the musée du Louvre, within the former summer apartments of Anne of Austria, Queen of France. The collection celebrates intimacy, individuality, and the art of living, reimagining the indoor wardrobe as a canvas for freedom and invention. Sartorial archetypes are transformed with a spirit of subversion, turning clothing into confidences, personal revelations, and a manifesto of individuality. Dressing becomes the ultimate luxury—an intimate act of self-expression that reveals one’s true personality.
The presentation unfolded in a contemporary apartment created by scenographer Marie-Anne Derville, a space where eras and aesthetics converse in harmony. Furniture and artworks spanning centuries came together: the mastery of Georges Jacob from the 18th century, Art Deco forms by Michel Dufet, sculptures by Pierre-Adrien Dalpayrat, works by Robert Wilson, alongside creations by Derville herself. This carefully composed setting offered a journey through French taste from past to present, a refined backdrop for Louis Vuitton’s latest expression of style and freedom.
