For Winter 2026–2027, Dior reimagines its heritage through the eyes of modern Parisian flâneurs. Inspired by a chance encounter with the legacy of Paul Poiret on Avenue Montaigne, Jonathan Anderson weaves history and youth into an instinctive vision where past and present collide with ease. Dressing becomes a spontaneous dialogue, revealing elegance through unrestrained associations and creative freedom.
Precise, elongated tailoring defines the silhouette, from shrunken blazers and cropped Bar jackets to lean trousers and tailcoats. Formal codes are playfully disrupted as masculine and feminine boundaries blur, pairing suits and waistcoats with softer, unexpected elements. Outerwear fuses the technical and the opulent—parkas, bombers and field jackets transforming into dramatic, cocooning forms.
Rich textures bring depth to a somber palette: Donegal tweeds, velvets, jacquards, intricate embroideries and fringing. Accessories—lace-up shoes with small heels, D-shaped loafers and soft messenger bags—complete the look.
